We dont have any open contributions and no open bills.
By end of the year we had 22 active player from 12 different countries.
Some player will leave us in 2009 but at the moment we have already 3 new regular player joining 2009.

Everybody know that we lost the TIMEX field. At the moment we put all our effort in getting the CIS field again. It looks good that we can get it starting january 31. This time we will not get it for free anymore. It will cost us most likly 1000 Peso per saturday. In the month of the school summerbreak we will also not allowed to play there. For this time we working on the Aboitiz field, which is very expensive but our choises are limited.

The finacial situation for 2009 has changed because of this.
i introduce a proposel budget for 2009 as follow:

Contributions from regular player incl. futsal (20 Player max.) 160.000 Peso
Contributions from regular player without futsal (appr. 5 player) 20.000 Peso
Guestplayer 10.000 Peso
Takeover from 2008 11.000 Peso

Total 201.000

Expenses:
Metrosport 80.000 Peso
CIS Field 36.000 Peso
add. field - maybe aboitiz 20.000 Peso
Balls 10.000 Peso
participation fees 6.000 Peso
Cluboutings, X-mass Party 30.000 Peso

Total 188.000 Peso

Therefore i ask the 20 futsal player for a quarterly contrib. of 2000 Peso - yearly 8000 Peso.
The non-futsal player can stay at 1000 Peso per quarter - 4000 Peso a year.
20 x 8000 = 160.000 Peso
5 x 4000 = 20.000 Peso
Total 180.000 Peso
