hi guys
in behalf of Tony i report about our last meeting.
it was agreed that our club needs a better form of administration in order to organize our football and futsal and keep the club alive. therefore we created an board of 5 members who will handel the matters. there will be no more regular monthly meetings because of lack of attendancy in the past. the board will meet whenever there is an topic what needs to be adressed.
Horst: Outside Communication, Contact with other teams and Tournament Organizers.
Franz: Organizing the teams for tournaments and the trips to the tournaments.
Otto: Financial management, Wednesday futsal.
Rodolphe: Caretaker of all our Equipment like balls, uniforms, bibs etc.
Tony: Internal Communication, Member-Admin., Saturday Football
If there is anything what you have to express please feel free to approach one of the board guys.
we hope that this new structure will help to improve our club so that all members can enjoy just to play football and futsal.
We also call on every member to bring in new players in order to expand our list of players. whenever you meet a new guy ask him if he wants to play with us...
