XP CLUB-MEMBER MEETING, FUTSAL,MANILA ETC

yesterday evening we had a players meeting at Angelinas Restaurant (beer was on the club) to discuss some topics. present was franz, otto, rodolphe,mike,xavier,chris,behdad,pouria,arman and flemming. panny,tony and ricardo are out of the country at the moment, nicolas,vince,hicham,rahim,mahdi and conor was excused, they coudnt make it because of work or studies.
first we mixed the futsal groups new.
on tuesday - organized by Franz - play
rodolph,xavier,nicolas,mike,arman,ian, hicham and franz
on wednesday - organized by me - play
ricardo, panny,vince,pouria,rahim,mahdi,chris,behdad and me.

it was also agreed again that if i player confirms and than dont show up he will be suspended for 2 weeks. for a second time he will be removed from the futsal.
Guestplayers are possible but only in agreement with the group-organizer.

The Manila Tournament at the nomads club is this year on november 22 and 23. we will sign up and send a strong team.
so far signed up for the team:
rodolph,franz,otto,panny,xavier,ricardo,nicolas,tony,jordi(he is back),Attila(he fly in in november),attilas goaly from last year,mike,behdad.
payment is 600US$ for the team, each player for manila have to put down next saturday 2500peso because deadline is end of the month. no pay - no join.
the flights and hotel can be arranged by every player by itself, but for most of us we will fligh and stay together in one hotel near to the venue.

we have plan to host a futsal tournament at metro sportsclub on october 26 or november 9 - thats both sunday - . we can only rent the field for the whole afternoon on a sunday.
the plan in detail:
6 teams (2 xp, 1 or 2 african team, 1 moalboal,1 japanese, 1 local team)
4 a side with max. 7 player per team
2 groups, round robin, each match 20 minutes
semifinals, final
participation fee per team 1000 peso
we could start at around 1pm and finish at around 6pm.
we still need the teams confirmation. xavier, rodolph and gaetano working on that.

from the treasurers office...we are healthy..at the box are 8.256 peso, everything is payed and outstanding players fee is only 1500 peso.
for the coming IV.quarter we will take around 30.000 peso, metrosport for this time will cost us around 18.000 peso.
by end of the year we should have 20.000 peso in the box.
