starting tomorrow January 30. the futsal at Metrosport starts at 8pm...since there is nobody after us we can even play a little longer than 9pm...

Minutes January 2007

1. Sorry guys forget about the minutes for November and December and look forward, in eager anticipation, to this years offerings.
2. Logo was first-up but put back into next mths discussions.
3. We will look to have a club party after the Manila Tournament; further details to follow
4. Football at Metro Sports on a Tuesday has been moved forward to 8.00pm. Please make a note in your diaries. This will start from Tuesday 30th January.
5. Thirsty Cup is coming up from the 16th - 18th February; we are still waiting for the schedule but the teams are as follows: Open - Jordi, Nicola, Jeremy, Darran, Attila, Vince, Rudolf, Yusof, Babak, Ian, Mike, Simon 36+ - Horst, Franz, Loel, Riccardo, Pieter, Flemming, Tony, Holger, Panni, Conor, Nichola, Otto. We are lacking passports from Loel, Riccardo, Conor and Darren
6. Flemming has voluntered to look at a competition held in Boroccay and will report back as appropriate
7. We have P12,912 in the bank with P6,000 outstanding
8. Manila - Otto will be booking the hotel, please read blog for flight details. The team will be: Otto, Horst, Flemming, Simon, Ricardo, Holger, Conor, Franz, Panni, Attila and Nicolas

MANILA FLIGTH

we agreed yesterday that we fly to Manila all together as a group (if possible) on Friday evening, 23.January at 6pm - arrivel in Manila 7pm -..returnfligth is individuel, some fly back on sunday evening, other on monday morning. ticket prize is 32oo peso. book your fligth now at www.cebupacificair.com.
if you cant fly on friday evening make shure that you are there on saturday morning not later than 9am. we have to ride our Van to the pitch together, you cant find the Nomads club by yourself. We depart on saturday from the club-hotel in mabini street at 9am.

Monthly Meeting

hi guys
our monthly meeting - a little late - will be this coming Wednesday, January 24, at 8.30pm at Cafe Theatro. Since the finacial situation of the club recovered we can provide you again with FREE BEER for regular members. We have to decide about the Manila Hotel and other topics related to the Manila Tournament as well as the Thirtsty Cup Line-up. Jeremy will present a new logo for the club and we will also decide about this. Please also bring your passport copys for the coming tournaments. Another importend topic will be our future at Timex. So please show up and dont come with lousy excuses like work, girlfriend or beeing tired.

Hotelbooking Manila

hi guys
very soon we should agree where the team stay during the Manila Tournament. i was checking at the internet and i found a hotel which is reasonable and in a perfect location. its the Executive Plaza Hotel in Malate, its in Mabini Street, walking distance to LA Cafe, Adriatico Circele, Roxas Blvd. I Know the Hotel, its absolutly ok and it costs only 38 $ or 1860 peso if we book it via internet. i also found the Citadell in Hotel in Makati, it costs 32 $ per nigth and everybody know how lousy it is. beside of this the Executive Plaza is already close to Paranaque where the Normads Sportsclub is located. we would have only a short ride, not all the way from Makati.
Please everybody decide quick if he wants to stay there and how many nigths so that i can make a group booking via internet. Since we will start playing at noontime its ok if you arrive early saturday morning and stay only 1 nigth until sunday. but make shure that you there between 8 and 9 am on saturday morning. we will arrange a Van again to bring us to Normads and pick us up again.
Once again, decide it quick.

please bring tomorrow 2 passport copy's. we need them for the thirsty cup and for the manila tournament. we have to submit our line-up's. you can also send them via email to me or to Horst..but please tomorrow.

Treasurer Report 2006

happy new year to all of you..
in 2006 we had a lot more expenses since we have to pay for the futsal at metrosport. at the end of the year our cash is only 1.562 peso.
Regular and guestplayer contributet to the club 67.700 peso in 2006. the takeover from 2005 was 955 peso.
the expenses was:
footballs and goalnets 19.257 peso, fees 3.000 peso, beer at meetings(until Sept.) 6.850 peso, metrosport 11.700 peso, cluboutings 14.850 peso, new uniforms 8.496 peso, misc. 2.940 peso.
outstanding as per today is only 500 peso from 1 player. per end of the year there are 29 regular player at the list.
beside of the 1.562 peso i am holding 10.000 peso for the manila 40+tournament. its the payment of 4 player. please pay your 2500 peso next week as we have to pay until january 5.
